Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel.

Departure to Óbidos, medieval city with white houses. Road to Nazaré, a small fishermen’s town dominated by a promontory offering an exceptional panorama. Lunch. Then, visit of the church of Alcobaça Abbey. Departure for Batalha, visit of the monastery. Arrival in Figueira da Foz or surroundings.

Stop in Aveiro, the “Little Venice of Portugal”. Drive to Porto. Panoramic visit of the old city: the Ribeira district, the São Francisco church, the Stock Exchange Palace, the Clérigos Tower. Lunch. Visit of the Bom Jesus do Monte site which offers an exceptional panorama of Braga. In Guimarães, discovery on foot of the historical center.

Discovery of the magnificent Douro Valley where the famous Port wine is produced. The small steep roads offer landscapes of stepped vineyards that stretch for miles. Visit of a wine cellar and Port wine tasting. Lunch then drive to Sernancelhe for a night in an old convent transformed into a charming hotel or in a quinta in the heart of the Serra, a mountainous region. Dinner of specialties in the heart of the old cloister.

Go to Trancoso and its millennial castle. Stop in Celorico da Beira, visit and cheese tasting with a local wine. Continuation to Linhares da Beira, medieval village. Lunch in an old manor house. Then, visit of Coimbra: discovery of its university and the old city on foot until the Mondego river banks. Discovery of the Sanctuary of Fatima. Dinner and night in the region of Leiria.

Departure for Marvão, a fortified city. Visit of an old oil mill with tasting of various olive oils and lunch at the lagareiro in the heart of the property. Departure for Évora and discovery of the High Alentejo region. Walking tour of the city whose narrow streets are classified as a World Heritage Site. Visit of a cork factory. Check-in at the hotel and dinner in Evora or Lisbon area.

Drive to Sintra, a city classified by Unesco, to visit the national palace. Then, discovery of Lisbon, emblematic capital of Portugal: Belém district, monument of the Discoveries, Jerónimos monastery and Belém tower (exterior). Lunch during the visit. Dinner and overnight in the Lisbon area.

Depending on flight schedules, transfer to the airport. Flight to France.
